Launch Director
Takes a product from idea to launch with one project folder: a brief you approve, then a logo, a site, an audit and polish, and a launch video, each from the pack's own skill and all carried forward in one LAUNCH.md.
- Included with SkillGild Pro
- Runs locally in your agent
- v1.0.0
- SkillGild
skillgild install launch-directorCreated by SkillGild

What you get
- A brief you approve before anything is made, saved in LAUNCH.md so every later step starts from the same decisions
- A logo and brand files from logo-design, chosen by you
- A landing page from design-taste-frontend that uses your palette, type and logo and only claims what the brief supports
- An audit and polish pass from impeccable, with what was fixed and what remains
- A launch video from brag, shaped for where you are launching
- A plain hand-over list of what is still yours to do
Is it a good fit?
Good for
- Founders and makers launching a product who need the brand, site and video to match
- Anyone who has used these skills one at a time and wants them to run as one workflow
- Teams who want each step to stop for approval instead of running ahead
Not for
- Products that already have a finished brand and site; use the individual skills instead
- Launching without a project folder your agent can write to
- Anything that needs claims the product cannot back up; it will not invent them
Requirements
- The Product Launch pack installed: skillgild pack install product-launch
- A coding agent that loads skills: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Gemini CLI
- Whatever the pack's skills need: Node.js for impeccable, and the tools brag uses for video
Install the Launch Director skill
Choose your agent and run one command. SkillGild signs you in when needed and connects the skill for you.
Install the SkillGild CLI first. If you already have it, run skillgild update once.
Install this skill for Claude Code.
Terminal skillgild install launch-director --agent claude-codeOn first use, approve the sign-in request in your browser. SkillGild connects Claude Code automatically. Restart or reload your agent, then ask it to use this skill.

How it runs
- Your agent starts a session. SkillGild checks your access and allowance, counts one run, and sends the skill's instructions for this task.
- Your agent does the work with its own model and tools, in your project. SkillGild makes no AI model call.
Use it from code
Start a session, follow its guide, then end it. Create an API key under Account and pass it as a bearer token.
# Prints the session ID, its tools and the instructions for your agent
skillgild session launch-director
skillgild end <session-id>Questions
What does Launch Director add to the four skills it uses?
The order they run in, the approvals between them and a shared LAUNCH.md, so the logo, site and video come from the same decisions instead of four separate prompts.
Does it write the copy and make up proof?
No. It builds only from the brief you approve. If you have no figures or testimonials, the site leaves those sections out.
Do I need SkillGild Pro?
Launch Director is a Pro skill, so the Product Launch pack is a Pro pack. The four skills inside it are free and can be installed one at a time without Pro.
